Todd is an associate attorney whose primary focus is working with clients to resolve complex litigation conflicts through his experience in a broad range of practice areas including corporate conflicts, property disputes, family law, and contentious trust and estate litigation. Todd has additional experience beyond litigation in matters concerning tax disputes, contract review, and corporate governance. Todd’s passion for writing, research, and understanding the facts make him a valuable resource for clients and colleagues alike.

Todd received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude and is a member of the Illinois State and the Chicago Bar Associations.
